This site has a preview-request form. That is the only place we collect information from you.
We collect your name, business name, role, email, website, city, and whatever you choose to write in the optional note. Do not send clinical, patient, or other sensitive client information. We will not use it and we will not store it as a record of that kind.
Submissions go to hello@modernthought.com so we can decide whether the business is a fit and, if it is, reply. We do not sell this information. We do not run advertising pixels on the form. We do not keep a marketing database of people we declined.
