Autism therapy
Sensory Calm
Families can figure out where to start, whether or not their child has a diagnosis yet. Insurance is explained in plain language, and starting intake feels like a simple next step. Everything works in English or Spanish.
For clinics, practices, and service businesses.
We design, build, and manage your website, so you can get back to running your business.
01

02
Send us what changed. We handle the updates and technical upkeep.

Clear content and structure help Google and AI assistants understand your business.
04
We keep your site accurate, current, and useful as your business grows.
Examples
These are concept sites, not completed client work. Each one shows how we’d help a different kind of business get found and make the next step obvious. Autism therapy is the one we go deepest on. A medspa, a dental practice, an HVAC company, and a direct care clinic each get their own shape.
Sensory Calm

Calm Clinical
Someone curious about a treatment can learn what it involves before they walk in. When they’re ready, booking a consultation is easy.
Warm Editorial
New patients can book, call, or find the office without hunting for it. People without insurance can see their options right away.
Utility Bold
When the heat or air goes out, this site gets someone help fast. They can also check whether the company covers their area before they call.
Quiet Membership
Patients can compare a membership with a single cash-pay visit, then book whichever fits. They know what each option covers before they commit.
How we work
We design it, we build it, then we look after it for as long as you want us around. You never log into a thing.
What you do, who you serve, and why someone picks you over the practice two miles away. Then a brand direction, a page map, and a photography plan, all before a single line of the site gets built.
Pages that share one structure, so they can’t drift apart later. Forms that collect what you need. Booking stays with whatever tool you already trust, since we link it or embed it rather than rebuild it. Two to four weeks once your content is in.
New hours, a new associate, a closed afternoon, a price change. Send it however you already talk to people, and we make the edit, show you a preview, and put it live. Usually the same day, and never with a login screen in your way.
Thursday hours
We’re closing at 2pm this Thursday. Can you update the hours on the site?
Live. Fourteen minutes.
About
We’ve seen it: a good business with a website that still lists someone who left two years ago. The owner cares, but something more urgent always comes up, and the website is the first thing to slip. We’ve inherited more than one site whose agency turned every post-launch update into another expensive surprise. We started Modern Thought so keeping your website running well is predictable, both in what it costs and who you can count on.
AI does a lot of the building and upkeep for us, but it doesn’t decide what goes on your site. You know your business better than anyone, and we figure out what belongs on each page. When something changes, you send us a note, and one of us checks the update before it reaches your site. There’s no account manager in the middle, so you deal with us directly. The name is pretty literal: the tools are modern, and the thinking is still ours.
Who it’s for
People who care how their site looks and would rather trust a team with it than spend their own evenings tinkering.
If that sounds like the place you run, we’d love to hear from you.
Pricing
Launch builds the site. Care keeps it working. We sell them together, because handing someone a website and walking away is exactly how websites fall apart.

FAQ
A professionally designed website and a team to take care of it. We handle the design, build, launch, hosting, and ongoing updates, with clear content and structure built for Google and AI discovery.
Launch is $10,000. Ongoing Care is $1,000 per month.
We guide you through a few focused sessions to understand your business, shape the site, and review it together. You bring your expertise and feedback. We handle turning it into a website.
We’ll agree upfront on what content you provide and what we help develop. You supply your business details, existing materials, and feedback to make sure everything is accurate.
Real photography makes a difference. We’ll help plan what’s needed; photography production is quoted separately.
Most sites launch in two to four weeks once the necessary content and assets are ready. We agree on responsibilities and a schedule upfront, so you know what we need from you and when.
Yes. We review your existing pages, identify what needs to carry over, and plan redirects for addresses that change. You can keep your domain.
We take care to protect your existing search visibility during the move, though no website migration comes with a guarantee of unchanged rankings.
We start with established patterns for your industry, then tailor the design, content, and page structure to your business. That gives us a strong foundation without starting every project from zero.
Your site should feel like your business, with the information your customers need to choose you.
We handle edits for you. There’s no CMS to learn or software to maintain. Send us what needs to change, review the preview, and we’ll publish it.
If making changes yourself is a priority, our service probably isn’t the right fit.
Hosting, monitoring, routine content updates, and ongoing upkeep. That includes changes to hours, staff, services, prices, and existing page copy, plus keeping structured business information current.
You also receive a monthly note covering traffic, inquiries, and what we shipped.
Redesigns, new functionality, and work beyond routine content updates are scoped separately. Photography production and paid advertising aren’t included.
We explain any additional cost before starting the work.
Routine updates are usually completed the same business day. Larger requests take longer, and we’ll give you a timeframe before starting.
After-hours content changes require a separate arrangement.
We link to or embed the tools you already use wherever supported. We confirm compatibility during planning, so customers can reach the right booking, scheduling, or portal experience.
We build clear, useful pages that explain your business, services, and location, supported by the technical structure search engines and AI assistants can read.
Then we keep that information current. This supports discovery, but we don’t promise rankings or inclusion in AI answers.
You own your website. If you cancel, we’ll hand over your site so you can host and manage it elsewhere. Any costs for transition assistance will be spelled out in your agreement before you commit.
Launch and Care are sold together. After launch, Care is month to month, and you can cancel whenever you need to.
Yes. We plan public-facing websites to keep clinical information out of general inquiry forms and direct sensitive interactions to your existing systems.
Before building, we confirm the forms, integrations, and privacy requirements appropriate to your practice.
Our focus is clinics, practices, and service businesses. That includes autism therapy, medspas, dental practices, HVAC companies, and direct care providers.
If you’re unsure whether we’re a fit, tell us about your business.
They’re concept sites showing our approach to different businesses, rather than completed client engagements. Each demonstrates how we tailor design, content, and customer journeys to an industry.
